I'm working on getting back my project on track. Many defects to fix. Motivating the team to reach the target and I'm confident that we will do it.
Simultaneously working with Product Managers on scope for next service pack release of our software product.

As a client project manager,i am struggling with a contractor & consultant to close a 02 Yr , power grid station construction project which is already delayed by 03 Months.Even after so many attempts to recover the delays things never changed . It seems like except me no one is worried about the delay in completion of Project.....Feeling Sad...
