Knowledge café to enable creative sharing of ideas around
common interests among those in attendance.

So people when they meet face to face in fairs or events they tend to sit informally in a cafe to go deeper into ideas and knowledge sharing. Using the word of "cafe" is mainly to give less formal meeting and a deeper face to face discussion
