I am looking for different Program Management framework examples. Any good links in PMI.com or example decks you can share? I am also looking for examples of Program Management/Project Management interaction models.
Thanks,
Cheryl

May I ask; what is your goal? What is it about your current 'set-up' that is leading you to look elsewhere?

Have you thought about something like SAFe?

For the PM/PgM interaction, I am looking at 1) Hierarchal, 2) Matrix or 3) PM roll under Pgm instead of to Resource Manager.

Trying to gain one set model with RACI, etc. to avoid overlaps in who does what.

The following link will direct you to the framework I created and it is used by several organizations including where I am working today. I can share because this is the original version and the version that is running have some critical differences mainly related to strategy. https://bawarp.com/e2a-framework-estrategia-en-accion/
