But without hearing more about your needs and problems-to-solve, it is hard to know how to help.
For the PM/PgM interaction, I am looking at 1) Hierarchal, 2) Matrix or 3) PM roll under Pgm instead of to Resource Manager.
Trying to gain one set model with RACI, etc. to avoid overlaps in who does what. Saving Changes...
