Hello everyone,

I have a problem with finishing my Bachelor thesis. I would be forever grateful for your professional advice.

In my Bachelor's thesis I want to optimize business process connected with car warehousing and distribution. There is wasted time on searching cars on a parking lot and I want to optimize this problem with buying a nearby warehouse. There are 5 Chapters in my thesis:

1. Introduction
2. Theoretical and methodical basis of project management and business processes
3. Analysing Current Situation
4. Design and implementation of optimization
5. Conclusion

I understand until Chapter 4, where I should create a project describing the implementation. I do know how to create a project, but how do I connect it with my solution "buying a new warehouse" in which part of project should I put it in?

It is difficult to understand the relation between
"wasted time on searching cars on a parking lot" and " buying a nearby warehouse"
I would expect the project to be something like: Develop a Traceability system for stored cars.

So, like Kevin mentioned "I need more information"

The Project is defined by Its need requirement.i.e. Why you want to undertake that Project?
First of all define and list down the "Objectives" you want to achieve by undertaking this Project. Secondly list down the options you have to achieve these Objectives.
As I understand you have to prepare "business case", where you have to evaluate why any one option is better than other. Then this study can lead you to make Project charter. The contents of project charter is clearly defined by PMI. Further process is than easy to learn and understand from PMBOK GUIDE.
