haha, that is funny. I submit the needs, someone else chooses. Though, I can try to influence :)

That said, the ability of the team is a clean slate at the beginning and can be molded. At least that should be the attitude.

Sante, I hardly found a PM who chooses 100% of team members. HR have preassigned team and others already exists

Kevin, it is a dream to have a the right people all the time, always there will be a "jamroll " this is a cockney word for "A hole" in the team or in the management

- Connect the project's purpose to their individual purposes/callings
- Have the team come up with a good name, theme & even logo for themselves
- Develop working agreements with the team including team-specific rituals
- Treat them like professionals

Kiron, my goodness looks like you were watching me heheheh this is exactly what we have done in one of the round different team have different team name logo set up ground roles and the competition between different team started it was fun and motivating to score higher performance and achieve trophy /prizes

Ah but the virtual world is coming, and once we plug into that, we can make it ideal. Who's to say one world is more real than the other? This world may be just in someone's mind, or nightmare more like it lol.
