I'm I a good Project Manager because I constantly do overtime and never have personal time?

People, in general, think that the busiest agenda means the most effective people. If my agenda is full, I'm doing a good Job.

This can be true, but it might be totally opposite.

Sometimes individuals have a need to portray the 'I am always busy' persona, feeling it says they are always in need and indispensable. Some are just plain workaholics and self-identify though work.

It can also speak volumes about the individual and their efforts, prioritization, and organization capabilities.
