AI was there from lot of time ago. People are not aware of that in some cases. From refrigerators to cell phones AI devices (software and non software) are there from more than 30 years ago. I worked and I am working on the field and let me know nothing change from a project management perspective. I lead multiple projects around the world to implement AI as automation, IoT, etc etc and is the same than any other type of projects. All related to "new waves" on soft skills, while for me are the hardest skills, must be take without forgetting the context. Is not about something intelligence. Is about to understand the whole system. To do that, instead to read "new waves", go to the basement: system dynamics, newton laws of universal movement, etc etc Saving Changes...

I am currently working on implementing AI for project management process. There are a lot of challenges and lots of opportunity. AI is not automation. There is very little automation in project management - think of project scheduling software as the most common 'automated' tool. Automation will be driven by AI.
