Creating MS Project 2016 Custom Reports

Has anyone ever created a custom report in MS project?
Specifically I want to create a report that lists only tasks that have notes in them.

I learned report building from YouTube.
"Simon Sez IT" has a series of videos detailing how to create and customize reports in Project 2016.
