What are the criteria to get your photo on the top line banner of this website?

I have noticed few photos with less number of influence, yet their photo is advertised on top banner of this website, I am just wondering what it takes to meet requirement.

Mind you it is not a high priority it's just a curiosity. If you ever had wondered before let us have your say.

Sante, most important we believe in you, you are a worrier without a need of crown.

You might be standing on the other side of the mirror where you can only see who is been interrogated ;)

Third time audit would make history
I like to make history. But the most important question to ask is: Do I get a badge if I do make history? :-)

Sante, I really appreciate your sense of humour that's the only badge we don't like to receive it:)

What kind of gratification is it if you see your face in that banner of other tiny pictures? Be humble.

We all have good days and bad days in life. Sometimes something as little as seeing a tiny picture of yourself in a banner will make you smile and think "I do make a difference". It may seem like nothing to many, but some days it is a little boost you need to keep going.
I try to see joy wherever I can. I get excited when I get a new badge or when I finally made it to the headliners page or when my influence number goes up. At work when I finish a task or helped someone with a problem. At home when I cleaned out my closet this weekend or finished re-caulking the tub. I take them wherever I find them because all of these little happy moments add up.

Getting an unexpected recognition can indeed level up your feeling, support your status, make you more self confident. Actively trying to create this recognition (fishing for compliments) is - for me - rather a symptom of a lack of self esteem.
