I'm glad I got to test on the PMBOK 5 back in 2016. The 6 has 49 processes now and is "agile heavy".

The approach to study for the CAPM hasn't changed. Good luck to those taking the exam!

What makes you say it is agile heavy? And what would that be compared to before based on the PMBOK 5?

There is more emphasis on agile in PMBOK 6 than there was in 5. There are more sections devoted to agile than 5. You have to be familiar with agile in general terms.
