Moloy -

If you are referring the PMBOK processes, then deliverables produced via Direct and Manage Project Work become an input into Control Quality where they get verified/validated against quality specifications with the resulting output of Verified Deliverables. Those Verified Deliverables are an input into Validate Scope where they get formally accepted by the customer & other key stakeholders as Accepted Deliverables.

Moloy,

The input to quality is the simplest example, like Kiron mention, your deliverable gets to be check for quality.

Often early deliverables are required by other deliverables, they are the inputs to those once verified.

The whole purpose of the project is to have deliverables accepted. This begins by making sure the deliverables are what they are suppose to be. In order to achieve this, they need to be inputs into the quality process.
