It has been the same since I joined (More than two years ago). The same NOD's nothing changed. I did raise this issue with PMI earlier in the days and they mentioned that it is on their list of improvement / updates.
This whole website needs lots of updates especially with the new version of the PMBOK that came up as many things like PMChallenge still refers to old versions and many questions are outdated.
It needs very serious updates on many fronts. I am sure PMI has a list of priorities they are working on in terms of improvements. It is not as fast as we wish to see it going but hopefully it will be coming soon. The community is growing bigger and so the website needs to be maintained properly.
