PMtraining. Helped me to pass. The questions in simulator are not the same as at the exam. But they very well highlight the areas and terms which You know insufficiently.

RMC Simulator (Agile Fast Track) + (ACP Exam Prep by Mike Griffiths) - It is by far the best resource, it is pricy but it is worth it . Good Luck !
