Applying Gamification In Project Management Training

Have you gamified your training program?

I am looking for people who have experienced a gamified learning environment or who have applied it in their training (classroom or online) so we can share ideas and develop new concepts.

Yes mate ,
I explained before in details. It is an excellent game about PM to start your semester with.
Spaghetti and marshmallow, building the highest tower with competitive constraints of time, material, resources and it should stand for 5 minutes.
You need to break participants into few teams, and one of them should take the lead.
The best part once they finish playing and laughing is to apply theory to reality/game.

Michael -

We are doing it in a somewhat old school manner for a "be agile" campaign we are planning within our department. We will be using the tried & true Passport approach with folks earning points for participation in events over the campaign which can be redeemed at the end for token prizes.

Nice one.

How do you track student's points?
Is that done manually or you have a digital platform for that.

^ I have seen that before. IIRC, it was shared as part of my SAFe training.

Its commonly known as the marshmallow challenge.
One video is here. My team used this once in our yearly team meeting workshop and showed this video after that activity
