Spaghetti and marshmallow, building the highest tower with competitive constraints of time, material, resources and it should stand for 5 minutes.
You need to break participants into few teams, and one of them should take the lead.
The best part once they finish playing and laughing is to apply theory to reality/game.

I would assume this is with uncooked spaghetti. Otherwise it would be quite messy.
We are doing it in a somewhat old school manner for a "be agile" campaign we are planning within our department. We will be using the tried & true Passport approach with folks earning points for participation in events over the campaign which can be redeemed at the end for token prizes.
