I just spoke to customer service again. They gave the same response as before, "wait a few more days and check your e-mail." I said that we had been promised results this week. The associate said that PMI "is trying to get results out as quickly as possible" and that it may be "several more days" until results are received.
I'm a very unhappy stakeholder, so I asked for a way to complain. I suggest that everyone voice their frustration at [email protected]. Saving Changes...
