There seems to be an increasing variety of Agile maturity models and assessment tools. What are some that you have used or know about? Saving Changes...
Hi Sante,
I have not used Agile model or assessment, Is there any you can recommend so that I can equipped myself with some knowledge about these types tools? Saving Changes...
Hi Aredila, I have looked at Agilityhealth but the issue with them is a proprietary model that requires a fee. I think Agile is pervasive enough to have a general model of Agile maturity assessment that is free (the tool itself I mean, not the practitioner who delivers it). Similar to the one Kiron mentioned above.
I think a framework for maturity assessment is one thing, but I'm not a fan of canned assessment tools & models as those try to distill an infinite range of complexity into a few choices. If agile is truly about inspect & adapt, then context counts.

I feel exactly the same way. Saving Changes...

Thanks Andrew, actually I was trying to think of agilefluency but forgot the name. Thanks for the reminder.

Love can sweep you off your feet and carry you along in a way you've never known before. But the ride always ends, and you end up feeling lonely and bitter. Wait. It's not love I'm describing. I'm thinking of a monorail.
