If one team player is doing best performing and the team achieve the objectives with best results, is the best player entitled to receive special recognition and award as individual, does the best player keep the reward or share it with the team?

Team Player puts "We" before "Me". It's the person who will proactively help when not needed or asked; could be in various forms such as share info, hands on work, inputs. Team player is all about the bigger picture and just work and makes the work environment a little more tolerable for all.
Can't imagine a team who are not team players.
