Kiron, why sadly? the majority thinks gladly---- You don't want to jeopardize and penalize someone who can not do it.
It is good it is there optional like Sante mentioned for those who can perform this activity
We have all benefited in our PM career from the volunteer efforts of others - a very simple example is the PMBOK Guide. Our most precious asset is our time, so volunteering in some form - mentoring a junior PM, creating original content or delivering a presentation is one way to pay it back.

Hi Deepak

There are a number of On Demand Webinars on this PMI site itself which you can view to get PDUs .
60 Webinars = 60 PDUs as long as they fulfil minimum requirements of the PMI Talent Triangle .

Off course you are better served by paying for some PM related courses or certifications which will add better value to your work as a PM Practitioner than a webinar would.
For example , if you do an Agile Course Like a SaFe Agilist or AgilePM you can get anywhere from 14-28 PDUs depending on the length of the course or the certification.

Again what you get as PDUs should be directly related to your personal growth aspirations and satisfaction as a Project Manager , not just to fulfill PMI's criteria
