People seem to like to use the word "du jour" to reference something that we have been using for year. It is basically, "Let's call this process something new and people will think that it is a new process.
The Cloud is a good one. Back when I was working on mainframes, our data center was out in Midwest USA. It was just the data center. Now these same data centers have upgraded to house several computers and are being called the Cloud.
I guess it is the nature of the business. Everyone wants to be cooler than the rest of us. :) Saving Changes...
