With the CAPM exam changing this month, does anyone know of an updated study book to help one prepare? I was going to use Rita Mulcahy's CAPM guide but it is now out of date and I am not sure how much has changed for the new exam.

Rita's fourth edition is due out this 4th quarter, so look for it between October- December.

CAPM flash cards I found on Amazon are updated.

Other than that, just the PMBOK and whatever course you can find will have to do.

Thanks Michael. I just saw on their website that they are working on rolling it out later this year. It's looking like I will just have to further study the PMBOK until additional resources are created for the changes.

Rita's has always been the bets books if you can wait for that edition.

When I studied for my CAPM exam back in January (the older version), I used the PMBOK (5th Ed), Rita's book and Joseph Phillips' CAPM Exam Prep Seminar on Udemy ($10). As others had indicated, Rita's book will be updated soon and I believe Joseph's seminar has been updated to cover PMBOK Guide 6th Ed.

I mainly used the PMBOK for the ITTOs and the other 2 resources to help me understand all the processes.

Good luck!

Natalie
