cloud solutions to manage business processes?

Hello all, please could you recommend me some cloud solutions to manage business processes?

Some requirements we need to take into account:
- it should be absolutely easy create and configure a process, no technical knowledge should be required.
- cloud solution
- login with Google account
- reports
- good pricing per user/month :)

Now we are using a well known issue-tracker solution, but we need to explore alternatives that suit better to our QMS and other business process.
