First, you should have aim and target before you go to your way!!!!!
Is it really easy to achieve that?

Once in a while I get that question, so normally I tell them that I like to be detail oriented, and I like to organize and keep straight many disparate activities at a time.
Great passion

I tell people that as a project manager Im basically the conduit for what the needs, wants & values of the sponsor flow. That this happens by getting people to do things they don't always want to do. To do that on time, on budget & within scope & enjoy it.
It sounds like me,

Take aim & target? It's a journey & management by style. The key is "... and enjoy it!" not the ".. they don't want to do" part. That means you work with the team. Form it. Make it the norm. That's the taking aim. The sponsor gives you the traget. The team, not me, the how. By storming then performing.
Because I'm not a contractor my team are 8n the performing self realisation stage
