Hi Riyadh Salih, Thats exactly what i meant. When you say, individuals need to be treated differently.... its for me to understand individuals in Team and adopt my style to suit them and get the work extracted. When i see from that angle, I never had to compromise.

It becomes very difficult to manage the team when
Requirement does not have start and end
There are multiple change requests. And there is no sign of closing the project soon. It stretches long.
There is no required skill in team to achieve task objective.
There is overwork.
Team is not on same page

I don't understand what training has to do with project management and projects in general.
I mean if I paid for a project to be delivered to me I would never pay for the people that would deliver it to be trained. Not on my money.
People that are assigned to projects should already be trained. OK there may be some less experienced team members and even less experienced PMs but you don't train your employees using the project's budget. In my opinion training is a non-project activity that should be the responsibility of functional managers.Employees should be trained off-project in order to gain the skills required for the projects on which they would be assigned.
What exactly do you mean by training? Training the project team members or training the people that are about to use the things that would be delivered by the project? Thank you very much.
