Process Performance Baselines are establised by an Organisation based on recent performances. How to integrate the said performance baselines into the Planning Tools such as Microsoft Project so that any activities planned can take performance baselines as a reference?

Rajesh -

MS Project allows you to save schedule baselines but I don't believe there is any way to capture a process performance baseline as MSP is used to track project schedules, not the performance of a process?

I think Kiron's right - you wouldn't be looking at MS Project for this. That's not a tool to measure operational performance. It sounds like some kind of Six Sigma/Lean tool that looks at process variation and measures deviance from the norm would perhaps be a better fit.
