Does anybody has a operational manual template to share for a mentorship program?

I am a member of the PMI chapter in Raleigh NC and I am working as a volunteer to create mentorship program to develop the chapter PM associates skills and advance their PM carrier. I am looking for peers who have similar experience and have created an operational manual for a mentorship program and would share template, topics to be addressed as well tips on what works and do not work.

you might want to reach out to the Board members of the PMI Lakeshore Chapter (pmiloc.org) as they do have a formal mentoring program offering and would likely be quite happy to share the support collateral with you.

You might also reach out to the PMI chapter advisor (I forget their official title) for the region which your chapter falls in - your Board members would know who that is. PMI has harvested a lot of generally applicable content which can help Chapters deliver value...
