In my line of work -

I am resourceful to the fullest extent before I reach out for assistance or ask a question. I recover quickly when issues arise to provide quick solutions to get the job done. Sometimes I am forced in situations where you need to make the impossible; possible.

Anything that is under my control I tend to be OCD about and I will monitor like a hawk until I see it through.

My kryptonite - When slow season hits. That is when complacency can creep up on you and silly mistakes can happen. From experience, I tend to get even more OCD on my daily tasks to triple check myself. Occasionally things slip through though.
