Do the Master Project Manager (MPM) Certification by AAPM is not a fraud??

Good day everyone. I just want to ask if:
1. Master Project Manager (MPM) Certification by American Academy of Project Management (AAPM) is globally recognized and legitimate body for Project Management Certification?
2. If Certifications like MPM from AAPM is not fraud?
3. If AAPM is the No. 1 rival of PMI?
4. Does everyone here certified by AAPM?

Why would it be a fraud?

I do not know much about it but many certifications are pure commercial, revenue drivers

There are many non-profit organizations that come up with knowledge book/ framework on specific subjects. Just like PMP, we also have PRINCE2 by UK. They all have different perspective and bring different value to the table. Fraud would be when for-profit organization is trying to sell concept that is not true and swindling money from people.
No, I do not have AAPM certification.

If said MPM Certification is not fraud or scam, therefore can we conclude that the certificition is legit or not a fake one? Can we conclude that the MPM certification is globally recognize but not like the level of PMP by PMI?
