why can't I access on-demand webinars?

I get an error code that says the webinar feed was canceled. Is this temporary?

Hi Tom - This sounds like a specific error with that particular webinar. From past few days I have been (and currently am) watching (on-demand) webinars.
However, to add one more observation, on the 10th June (Sunday India time), projectmanagement website was undergoing some maintenance activity. You may have tried to access during that time.

actually this morning I went through 12 on-demand icons with an error code on each one

That is odd. I just pulled up a webinar and it started fine. Maybe it is something on your end? It there a different computer you can try to open a webinar on?
