Does anyone have experience applying project management principles to the field of global health and international development? I am looking for ways to merge traditional monitoring and evaluation with ERP systems. We basically want to create a project management/data cycle to manage project reporting (financial, activities and impact). Data collection occurs on the ground from implementing partners in developing countries, but analysis and utilization happens at various levels. Do you have any advice or resource related to this topic? Also, do you have any suggestions on software designed to meet this need? I welcome any advice you may have. Saving Changes...
I think you should repost it in the general discussion to get more attention Saving Changes...

The same PM principles can and are recommended to be applied (Project charter, Business Requirements, etc) . There are some solutions that intent to do that integration but in the end it depends on your requirements
I'd start with assessing the typical ERPs that big international organizations use i.e. Deltek Saving Changes...
