I have to setup KRA for various roles so that no one is stepping on someone's else shoe. At the same maintain each person at respective level accountable for their deliverables/adhrence to process etc for the project. All suggestions welcomed !! Saving Changes...
I'm assuming you are leading a traditional team as role specific accountabilities are usually reduced or eliminated when we move to agile teams where the team (as opposed to one individual) is accountable for all work outputs.
If so, then a RACI would be a good starting point. Involve the key roles in identifying the artifacts and activities they are involved with, and then collaboratively develop the RACI.
I agree, we are running project in traditional way as of now but will gradually move to Agile or Hybrid model. RACI will be good start. Thanks Kiron for your suggestion!! Saving Changes...
