I would like to build a career to become a Principle in project management, can you kindly share your journey with me ? is a project principle willing to coach/mentor me ?

One of my dreams is to build my own business consultancy project based company and I would like to have guidance on how to navigate the correct path and to learn from other's experiences.

Hello Seif,

I would start with the article https://www.pmi.org/learning/library/pm-tr...evelopment-6778 by Marcello Patrese. The most important moments for me were the difference factors between mentoring, coaching, and counseling. As well as Five Units of Performance Competence.
Then, there are many plans and guides to become a project manager. And websites, of course, like mentioned at https://blog.proofhub.com/top-19-project-m...18-f2ef87552d50 http://essaywriting.ninja Management Category (for monthly membership).

Best regards,
Andrew

Seif -

To do what you are suggesting requires a significant breadth & depth of project management experience as well as involvement in the profession outside of just managing projects (e.g. publishing, giving presentations).

You will also need to develop some advocates who could be or help you land your first clients...
