When project approaches towards closure, one of the activities is to assess individual contribution towards project completion. Assessing individual contribution should not be subjective, it shall be assessed quantitatively.
Are there specific methods/techniques to get the desired figures

I'm not a fan of focusing on individual contribution - I'd prefer to look at it as a team achieving something great.

If you have to look at individual contribution, I'd use a combination of:

1. % of activities which were completed on time
2. Defects generated or some other measure of quality
3. Team feedback on the individual's behavior and performance via a survey

You need to assess both but start with assessing the Team Performance as a whole then individuals.
