How to ensure large audience to benefit from the Blogs?

What I have notice here that the "Blog" stays for short time and get pushed away due to frequent questions or by other valued blogs and it get circulated few times and it wont be back, this way not many readers can benefits from the blog due to different timing or not frequent logging within the time of the blog.

Having big connections in your network should contribute to this benefit by sending email notification to all your network to inform about new blog has been posted, then it is their choice if they like the headings they can read it or ignore it.

I am also thinking by separating the blogs from questions this way the blogs can stay longer by having both in two separate windows

What are your thoughts about this?

Riyadh, under the Community menu, there is a blog section
https://www.projectmanagement.com/blogs/

Your activity feed will highlight activities of your network - https://www.projectmanagement.com/connections/

But I hear you....unfortunately, this platform is not built as a social platform in today's standards - and struggles to live up to the expectations set by today's technology and existing social platforms - hence the discussions on potential improvements. Regardless, this is a great community, so in my book, enjoy for what it is!

The current system isn't ideal, but it is better than most. The 80/20 rule applies here I believe; 20% changes could make it 80% more useful.

Sante, yes Pareto rules would definitely impact the overall performance of the website.

I am still fairly new here, and I find when I try to look at past blog posts it often shoves stuff in front of me that is years old. I am sure there is value in the old blog posts and I have read a few, but I think I prefer to be reading at least something written in the past couple of months. You can comment and ask questions and still have it be fresh in the author's mind, whereas if it was written a couple of years ago, they may not even remember what they were thinking at the time of writing.
I think this site could be improved a bit on how this area works.
