2. Communication issues

I think the flip side is still the majority unfortunately, sometimes because of IP, other times because of fear, ignorance, paranoia, greed/competitiveness...all the finest ingredients within a business environment lol

a. Incomplete or half truths about status
b. Conflicts arising due to differing priorities among teams / groups
c. Unnecessary Interference by stakeholders

Riyad: Late aproval for change request is really painfull because the uncertainity added from a change may be big. This is the reason the Agile or Hybrid execution/environment were a change is part of the "game" and wellcome, are better to manage this painfully situation.

Michael, getting dumped with bad human resources is pretty painful.
