Takesha,
It is a wonderful question. I have a different version of opinion on it.
Please note that AI is a concept built on iterative principles and probability theories. The first stage of AI is to "learn" a lot of similar situations of the subject under consideration. Then interpolate the gist of all the learned situations with a new case of similar nature but with limited aberrations.
Do not forget the very definition of a project that " it is unique and progressively elaborated". This is the case where the Human Intelligence and AI conflict in the Project Management. There are many operation-like activities in a project that can be replicated. You may make use of the AI capabilities to address such situations whereas the ambiguities that are unique in nature without much of history to corroborate would sure to have your human intelligence to intervene. AI may be of some help but you need more reserves to incorporate in your risk management to cater to further unforeseen outcomes.
I think, we are yet to device any tool that has AI capabilities to address unique situations (of irrecoverable implications) in a project.
