I'm attending an interview for Head of Delivery Unit? What am I supposed to expect?
Delivery Unit comprises of PMO, Strategy, Revenue Analysis and Forecasting and Behavioral Insights and marketing.
It's an executive position.

I have interview phobia.
I have met with Executive Leaders and made presentations, or owners of companies and nothing. It doesn't bother me. But I will stutter through an interview and forget everything I know. I have probably lost out on more than one job because of it.
I don't know what to expect. Probably a "tell me about yourself", "tell me your greatest achievement," and a "what makes you unique" type question. If they want more technical people with hands-on experience, you may get financial questions. Saving Changes...
Expect mostly scenario-oriented questions (e.g. What would you do in this situation) as well as questions about specific delivery oversight type accomplishments from your near history.
If the questions get too much or stump you, throw in a question of your own. This has the benefit of showing interest, slowing the question onslaught down, and giving you time to regroup and form sentence structures in your head better. Saving Changes...
