Good One.
I Agree, it's always very difficult for me. I have been working as an Independent Contractor PM Role so it requires a lot of Positive Energy in Interpersonal & Team Building skills with Cultural and Political awareness in getting the Project Tasks completed and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere onsite.

Kevin, I totally agree with our renowned Gurus Kiron,Sante, & Andrew on their points, There are lots of challenges but I'm gonna tell you most recent one they invite you to sit on a hiring panel as they have to because the recruit is for one member for your team and you've gone through all questions and matrix for two weeks and all voting shows that you and three of your team selected "X" person and not aligned with "Y" person where the recruiter is then the recruiter has a trump card to use at the end will tell you OK will do reference check then next week the bloody recruiter (even not the HR manager) tell you that the reference for X person not appealing but they wont tell you because of "confidentiality" then they continue that Y has good reference, will you be OK with Y, you can't face the whole gang the next day announcement letter circulate that Y has accepted the position, this is a complete Bollocks and hypocrisy wasting time and at the end they hire the one they want and all other applicants time and hope get wasted too. This is a rubbish sod off system

1. Few leaders don't do planning at all. They will simply put a rough timeline at every milestone and it becomes headache to execution PMs.
