Hello Community,
List your all-inclusive project management tools you're using, or have used in the past, below!
Seeking an automated tool that can manage project schedules, task management, resource planning, reporting mechanisms, financial tracking and more. Essentially, a one-stop shop, instead of multiple solutions that integrate and talk to other programs.

Hello All,
Thank you for your feedback. So far SmartSheet has been the ruling platform. It allows a lot of collaborative options. I've also stumbled across Azuqua as an automated connector between Harvest and SmartSheet. Needed a connector to keep up with hours. We have a pretty detailed task/hour procedure that SmartSheet alone cannot fulfill. Either way, thanks for your help.

Hi, Nicole.
I just started using SmartSheet and I LOVE it. It has capabilities that MS Project does not, and I find it much easier to use. Best of luck to you!

My last client forced us to use Workfront. Stay far far far away from it for projects larger than 250 lines, it's just awful. For projects less than 250 lines it's also bad.
Smartsheet isn't bad, I do like the online bit so multiple geographic locations & firms can use it.

Hi Nicole, I would check out Coda (we also use it internally here) as it allows you to combine multiple work streams and projects into one table, you can create unlimited views off of that data so the product, sales, or operations team only sees the data that matters to them. Tables can also "talk" to other programs via an integration with Zapier. Uber launched one of their largest products for drivers using Coda, here's the template they used: https://coda.io/t/The-Feature-Launch-Tracker_tjXsKe4Ioye

Thanks Al! Good option, but it doesn't appear to cover all of our needs at the level of detail I am looking for.
