B - Progressive Elaboration.
" Progressive Elaboration for Agile project teams is a bit different because activities are not extensively planned at the project outset. Requirements are progressively elaborated from the ’Mile-High’ Level to the ‘1-Foot’ Level at varying times throughout the project and the Agile development team focuses specifically on known project aspects. I also attained this question. According to me, it was B- Progressive Elaboration. But, the answer says wrong.
For this question, the given answer is D-Portfolio Management. Also, there is no explanation. Can anyone through some light into it?
