Hello everyone, I adopted Project Management 12 years back and work on most of the aspects. As the time progresses i realize i am good in Project HR Management. Got 3 awards from Microsoft Most Valuable Professional in Managing Project Teams using their technology constantly three years. Design and Deliver almost 1500 trainings and worked successfully on Projects.
Now i feel i am stagnant and repeating things like operations .. Need your advice or anyone can guide me any new challenging related field, may be a study or certification which is challenging and valuable in future. Taking me to the next level.

Yes probably the PMP to compliment your Prince2 and ITIL qualifications. Incidentally, what Microsoft technologies were you using to manage project teams other than MS Project?

Maybe you would like to go for the obvious vertical career path.
• Management consultant
• Programme manager
• Portfolio manager
• Head of projects
• Director of projects
• chief operating officer (COO)
• senior management role

Also, you can consider the horizontal option.
Although, moving sideways is not a simple transfer. But it can give you a great advantage. You need to understand:
• What are your strengths
• What are the organization’s needs?
• Where do you want to contribute?

plan and act toward this movement.

PMP is a very good option to compliment what you have.

I agree with my colleagues here, you should go for PMP since you have lots of experience in project management.

Since you are obviously very good at what you do, the next challenging step would be to create your own business. If this option doesn't seem attractive, you might want to explore some senior positions with more strategic involvement.

If you have a good experience, the PMP certificate is the most popular certificate for project management to recognize your career, earn knowledge, improve your skills and fulfill the gaps for your experience to increase your power and your position to upgrade to work with big companies.

Good luck
