Hello everyone, I adopted Project Management 12 years back and work on most of the aspects. As the time progresses i realize i am good in Project HR Management. Got 3 awards from Microsoft Most Valuable Professional in Managing Project Teams using their technology constantly three years. Design and Deliver almost 1500 trainings and worked successfully on Projects.
Now i feel i am stagnant and repeating things like operations .. Need your advice or anyone can guide me any new challenging related field, may be a study or certification which is challenging and valuable in future. Taking me to the next level.
