Estimating

Do any of my Healthcare PM colleagues (or anyone who works with HL7) have a simple work breakdown structure with timelines for creating a new interface? Looking for simple to complex.

In the past, I would obtain such estimates from the development team that would be building the interfaces.
If they have performed such implementation before they would have precise estimates.
If this is a first time implementation go with whatever the dev team provides and tack on some extra time as a buffer and note it in your risk management plan.
