ON your day one introduction to lead a new team ?

What would be your speach?
You don't want to threaten the team for example if they sense that you will cut overtime or reduce it.
If your team contains generation gap
If your accent is different from the team it is important to check the message is understood
You have many technical SME
As the saying goes first impression is last impression so what would be your advice on managing day one when to set ground rules
