What are the top management interview questions?

Mostly they would be looking for leadership style and how can you incorporate organization strategic objectives and policies.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

"What would you say are the core leadership competencies required to lead people after 2020?"

This also allows the candidate to give their perspective for how they see management/leadership attributes evolving into the future, not just the current state.

Mahabubur, yes, there are many style but there is no one size fit all so always we need to evaluate the situation and apply the right suitable style accordingly.
