Need a recommendation for a "process management" tool

Can anyone recommend a process management tool? Need to manage a couple hundred processes. Need to be able to use an interactive template to document processes in tool, which also allows a flow, similar to visio. Can click on activities/decisions to get more info (Descr. RACI, etc..), can interface back and forth between processes,possibly interact with JIRA
