If you did not yet find an area of interest you should reach out to your trusted professor and take the time to talk through it. This is how ideas come to life. If we would just throw topics at you, this would not help. :)

What do you like on the PM discipline the most? How about starting there? No worry that you would not find enough challenges to write a thesis about it. PM is such a complex discipline that any of its part is worth in depth analyses.
