Hi, am enrolling my final year in PHD, and thinking about what dissertation topic/s would probably be an engaging into that will benefit the PM profession and the engineering management as well. Any thoughts on the expert here will help me a lot. Am thanking early on for the help you extend to me.

That's a very relevant topic. There are typically three or four generations in the workplace these days, and their views about everything differ greatly. Knowing how to simultaneously manage them all is crucial.
