What do you think about the difference between Chinese representatives of PM and French or European ones( points of collectivism , respect for tradition and closeness) in order to have the research study and make the universal methodology for the common projects

Check out this tool by Hofstede that compares cultural dimensions of various nations. It's very useful for comparing many of the traits you mentioned.

My pleasure, Rajesh. I learned about Hofstede when studying for my Masters in International Management. I find his theory of cultural dimensions to be invaluable when considering how best to work with stakeholders from different countries or cultures.

Just trying to add something because what you are trying to do is interesting let me say. Each time you like to introduce something inside an organization to do something the first thing is to understand the whole organization architecture and the environment. The key is to use systemic theory applied to organizations (some references are Bertalanfy, Bunge, Ackoff, Prahalad). Organizations are open and adaptable systems that are trying to survive, growth and develop making exchanges with the environment. So, to do that, in my case, I am using Tom Peter“s Seven S model from years mainly to be focused on business layers in conjuntion with tools like Zachman Framework. Bussiness Layer inside the organizational architecture is the layer that interacts with the environment and all the other layers must be defined from it. One of the variables inside the Seven S model is named "Shared Values" where mission/vision/values/culture are components.
