I'm not quite sure what you are asking for?

The PMBOK Guide is intellectual property of PMI, hence when you download a soft copy of it, they will watermark it to ensure that any copies of it can be traced back to the original PMI member who downloaded it.

If you are asking for a "clean" copy which doesn't have PDF protection and watermarks, this would be in violation of their copyright.
