Does anyone have a template/checklist to estimate the hardware and software specifications for an application? I need two templates

1) Sizing Questionnaire
- # of transaction
- # of customers
- # of business objects
- size of each object
- etc.
2) The actual recommendation

If you have anything in this area, please reply.
